In many companies there are an increasing number of amateur skiers. Concepts such as “team-building” and “corporate games” involve training employees in collegiate sports competitions that are very successful in increasing the efficiency of communication and group cohesion.
First of all, an efficient team is a happy team!
Teleferic Ski School organizes full-scale ski competitions for companies, both in Poiana Brasov and in other resorts, providing the full range of related services: route planning and assistance, timing, editing of diplomas, registration of medals and cups (upon request).
The minimum number of participants for a competition is 10, optimal being a group of 25 people.
